Again I missed several days but lets just say in the last few days I’ve had some good ass food…believe it or not the best shit I ate this past weekend was a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich….I’m still craving it…As for today..

Breakfast

Frosted Flakes with Milk

Lunch

Turkey and Swiss on a Roll - Mayonaise

Dinner

Rice and beans, chicken, fried plantains, and avocado

I followed it with a vanilla yogurt….I’ll prob have something else before I go to bed….

Back From a Long Vacation

I guess I haven’t really commented on my month long trip to Reno since I got back, but I really haven’t had much to say. I think the pictures on Facebook say it all! Overall I had a fun relaxing time. I got to do everything I wanted to do and more. I am broke now but it was worth spending the money in exchange for some memorable and peaceful moments. There are some stories here and there to share amongst friends, but I’m just too lazy to write about them. I keep thinking trips like these are going to change my whole outlook on life but they really don’t. I always end up in the same place, physically and mentally…..I wait for better days….

Food Journal - August 11, 2008

I missed two days in a row of writing in this little food journal, but lets just say my eating habits during that time were atrocious. I did enjoy that burrito from Chipolte though! I weigh 179 now and that is not good news for me. By the end of this week I need to get down to 170 and by the end of the month 165.

Hahahh…..I’m a maniac,,,

today I had:

Honey Nut Cheerios with Milk

Two mini pizzas

Rice and fried eggs and pasta

cookies

butterfinger

crackers

I stopped keeping track of what I ate yesterday but here goes:

breakfast - had a bowl of Honey nut Cheerios

Lunch - had rice and beans with chicken, salad, and a banana, yes the salad had dressing

had two beers

ice cream

various candies found throughout my friends hous

peanutbutter cup when i got home and a piece of bread…

maybe I had some other crap in between but I can’t remember…

definitely need to cut down on the snacks in between meals…
